What does my tracking number look like?

Tracking numbers are typically 8 to 100 characters and may include letters, digits, hyphens, and underscores. The format depends on the service lane and carrier reference assigned when your shipment was created.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Check your booking confirmation email, label, or invoice. If you use the client portal, open the shipment detail page; your active tracking number is shown at the top of the record.

How can I leave delivery instructions?

Contact Expedite Vaults & Logistics operations or your account manager with gate codes, access hours, and contact-on-arrival preferences. Some changes require verification before they can be applied to an in-flight shipment.
